5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortinetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if Fortinetics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
